While costing the same, it achieves higher coverage rates, faster dry times, stronger durability, and easier application. This product may be broadcasted into, used as an epoxy/sealer, as well as a top coat over a broadcasted material. It is one beastly product that serves many uses in the decorative concrete industry. The beauty of this product is that it bonds to power-troweled/smooth concrete surfaces without prep at a staggering 900+psi and is extremely breathable.
The product is cutting-edge epoxy technology in its finest form. It can be applied over clean power-troweled concrete or overlay products without having to grind the surface. It bonds at an unprecedented 950 – 1150 psi. This is 5 to 6 times stronger than most high-performance coatings. In addition, it is highly breathable, delivers a fast dry and return to service time, can be pigmented with Endurable Concrete Stain or metallic pigment, broadcast into with flakes or sand, has amazingly high abrasion resistance, and boasts a pendulum hardness of over 300.(Just for perspective, most acrylics are between 15 and 35.) Another outstanding benefit is its incredible ease of application. It lays down like butter and can be applied light or heavy (upwards of 20 mils at a time).
This product can be mixed as a 3-gallon kit that is rolled on or a 4-gallon kit that is sprayable.
